I am also disgusted with the system, partiularly in the state of Iowa. I was involved in a civil lawsuit that the sitting Governor at the time, Vilsack, inappropriately intervened. The Judge(Maryann Brown) had been appointed by the Governor. The panel of Appeal Judges would not buck the Governors wishes. You can guess what happened. Dam the law, common sense, corporate documents, and the Uniform Buisness Code.
