Below is an open letter to Chief Judge Kaye...

I decided to keep the original authors name confidential.. to protect the innocent.

Although it wasn't written by me.. it might as well have been.. it clearly states what I and many others need to ask..

I wonder if the person[s] from the Troy/Albany area Court that visit this blog daily searching for "Louise Uccio" or something similar regarding my case can answer the question below.

(So FYI... nameless for now -Richmond County IDV Judge- my posting this letter doesn't mean I've broken your unconstitutional gag order)

Dear Chief Judge Judith Kaye and Chief Administrative Judge Pfau:

I respectfully ask you both for whatever further information you need to collaborate with the US Attorney for the Eastern District in developing a preemptive plan of restorative justice for myself and the peer advocates similarly situated.

We all have the same needs for integrity in the system and for healing of relationships and restored connections with our children as good parents with the support of law enforcement and the court system under basic principles of law and justice that have been subject to head spinning violations in our cases.

Please advise.

Sincerely,

XXXXX XXXXX.

Judith Kaye did more to protect the process than to protect the ppl. Its been 20 years since I heard or seen my daughter bc of manipulated court proceedings. Kaye did not right any wrongs...in fact she excused the wrongs of judges to push her agenda. Is this what the Bill Clinton wanted in his administration? What a snow job and Kaye is still advising judicial picks...a double snow job.

Has anyone ever noticed the lockout on making comments to Judith Kayes blogs? Here's another wrong she neglects to right: 20 yrs ago in family court the proceeding were manipulated to the point in which my visits were terminated by Judge Guy DePhillips. In or about 1993 Kaye began her administrative campaign to bolster the NY courts system which meant to had to ignore the wrongs of judges to get their support....her own subordinates. She did more to protect the process than to protect the people. I still feel the pain my daughters absence.....this is a wrong that can never be righted.

Anthony, I agree in part with your opinion of what Judge Kaye did and did not do.

Unfortunately, you were a family court victim, as I was, so you know what's what from a perspective most don't or won't acknowledge or even entertain, that the court system is corrupt, not broken, not needs help, no it’s corrupt period end of story- follow the money!

However, I disagree that their wrongs cannot be made right.

After a dozen or so years trying to get justice in the state & federal courts of NY, I all but gave up hope; and that's when I found it.

Gonzalez v United States.

I read each grueling word of this woman’s story. Its heart wrenching, it’s unbelievable, it’s a downright disgrace!

You can read it too, here: http://www.oas.org/en/iachr/media_center/PReleases/2011/092.asp

Whether or not you decide to read her story, bottom line is after I read her story and did a ton more research, I came across The Intra-American Commission on Human Rights.

I read a few of their legal documents on Human Rights insofar as what laws they use, how to contact them, who can contact them, and so on and so forth.

When I was satisfied that my case clearly fell under their guidelines of Human Rights Violations, I began a mission to write a Petition to them on behalf of the disgraceful Human Rights violations against my children and myself.

Since, I only knew one way to fight them (pro se) I had learned the laws of the state and sued on that level, and of course that got shot down. Then I spent the next 5 years learning the federal laws, and sued 108 page lawsuit in federal court filled with their own laws and how they were broken in my case… ehhh you guessed it.

Dismissed.

I was planning on writing the most elaborate Petition to the Commission breaking my case down piece by piece, incident by incident when the political connections my ex had put the pressure on, and started arresting me for owing child support while I was on welfare. NO, enuff!

I wrote them (The Commission) and threw it all out there, probably making no sense at all.

I had it, the state courts were moving past Human Right Violations, and already on torture grounds.. so what the hell was I going to wait it out until I figured out the Human Rights laws?

No.

I knew they (The family court players) had crossed all lines of Human Rights Violations; at that point it didn’t matter if I could label them all in detail.

I am proud to say the Commission has given me an attorney who is looking into my case as I type.

Follow the money....did you kno that kaye was on pres clinton short list for a top govt appointment?

On another note, I would sneak in my tape recorder in proceedings. One instant I was sweatin profusely bc the tape was squealing n thought I was busted. I kne early I was doomed hence taped early n fwd a complaint to an investigative journalist. Lets c them corrupt that paper trail.

No, I didn't know that about Kaye; not that I’m slightly surprised.

Good for you with the taping, cuz I'm not sure if you've also been a victim of how the court tapes end up inaudible at precisely the same time as you protect yourself, or catch them in the act.

Good luck...
