A man accused of drowning his three children in a hotel bathtub is fighting his wife's divorce efforts.
Police say Mark Castillo confessed to drowning his three children - ages 6, 4 and 2 - in the bathtub of a downtown Baltimore hotel room in March. He is challenging the terms of a divorce agreement he signed in September while being held at Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center, awaiting trial on murder charges. Castillo, who is representing himself in the divorce case, says he signed the divorce agreement "under duress."
At a divorce hearing, Castillo appeared to indicate that he might seek some of the donations his wife received after the children were killed, as well as other assets.
